STEP 3 / FIRE POLISHING

Heat the glass surface with a high-temperature flame to smooth out marks and roughness, enhancing clarity and brilliance.

STEP 4 / LABELING & PAINTING

Apply labels and hand-painted decoration, adding distinctive detail.

STEP 5 / ANNEALING

Anneal the glass in a controlled kiln to release internal stress.

STEP 6 / ASSEMBLY & QUALITY CHECK

Assemble components and perform quality inspection before completion.
